Custom Orders & Returns

For custom order information, please email us with color preference (neutral, bold, reds, blues, blush, exc), maximum and minimum measurement sizes of the rug you need: OushakChic@gmail.com

We want you to LOVE your rugs!  While we do not give Refunds, if you are not happy with your rug, we will gladly give you a credit to find one that is perfect!  Please see our policies below.

Approval Policy

We allow clients to take rugs on approval for 24 hours.  You will be responsible for the shipping cost, and if the rug does not work you will be responsible for paying return shipping cost as well.  If the rug is in your city currently, you may pick up and drop back off the rug after your 24 hour approval period is over.  All returned rugs must be unused and in the same condition as you received them.

Return Policy

1-7 Days: Eligible for a Return for Store Credit
7+ Days: Not eligible for refund or return

Please note we charge a $35 restocking fee for all returns.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return.  You will be responsible for shipping cost.  We highly suggest purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  After one week the sale is considered final, and we cannot offer store credit for your purchase.
